Certification of authorised distributors of d2w additives

1. Certificates will be issued by Symphony to all Distributors who have a written Distribution Agreement with Symphony.

2. Certificates will be individually numbered and will be registered in a register kept at Symphony's Head Office.

3. Certificates will be displayed at the Distributor's office and on its website, and a copy will be given to all customers and potential customers for d₂w products.

4. Certificates will be cancelled by written notice if the Distribution Agreement has expired or been terminated.

5. Upon cancellation, certificates shall be no longer displayed, and shall be returned to Symphony.
